Degree Options: LLM or MLB

The Master of Law and Business (MLB) program combines international business law with aspects of business and management. Students, regardless of their background, can earn the MLB degree, and those with a law degree may qualify for the LLM degree based on their course selections.

Academic Year Structure:

• Modules: The program consists of nine modules, each worth five ECTS credits, with 50 hours of classroom instruction and 100 hours of preparation per module.
• First Semester (August to December): Core modules aligned with the life-cycle of an enterprise.
• January and February: Students choose at least two electives for deeper specialization.
• March and April: Students complete an eight-week integrated internship.
• Final Semester: Students return to complete two obligatory modules—Digitalisation and Dispute Resolution of an Enterprise, and Social Responsibility of an Enterprise—while also working on their Master's thesis.

Integrated Internships: Participants undertake an eight-week internship in March and April at a chosen employer (law firm, corporation, or government office), allowing them to apply classroom knowledge in real-world settings. The experience also aids in the selection of a Master's thesis topic. The Career Office provides support in securing internships.
